Owners of Sycamore Brewery

“The brewing scene has grown tenfold in the last few years in Charlotte and we’re no exception at Sycamore Brewing. We found we had a passion for this industry early on and were welcomed into this city with open arms. Moreover, we never necessarily saw our connection to tourism until our partnership with Visit Charlotte/CRVA. As the brewing community has exploded onto the scene here, it’s really become a differentiator for the Charlotte region and what makes it a place that visitors are compelled to visit. I see hundreds of people a week who come through our doors that are from Raleigh, Columbia, Charleston, Wilmington or elsewhere and are here to visit friends and relatives. No matter where they’re from, they’re always looking for something unique to do in Charlotte and that’s where we come in. We offer an experience that makes Charlotte memorable in their minds. These visitors are a key ingredient in getting our name out there and making our business a success. Charlotte tourism matters.”
