What do you enjoy most about working at the CRVA?

I enjoy the opportunities. The opportunities to learn from my peers and colleagues and to grow as an individual but as part of a larger team. I’m energized by opportunities to be involved with and develop a diverse number of objectives and resources not only within the scope of my job at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, but across the CRVA. I enjoy the opportunity to be a part of something I can be proud of and to work with people whom I respect and admire.

What does “One CRVA” mean to you?

It means we are more than separate business units with individual goals. We are more than just another run-of the-mill company.  It means we understand that if we come together, we can pool our talents and resources to more efficiently and effectively achieve our goals. It also allows us to meet our larger objective, which is our mission to ensure we represent Charlotte as a leading visitor and eventd destination because of the phenomenal guest experience we can provide.
